Synopsis:
Ada (Irene Handl) and Walter Bingley (Wilfred Pickles), although nearly in the seventies, are about to celebrate their first wedding anniversary. Unknown to them, Ada`s daughter Ruth (Barbara Mitchell) and her husband Leslie (Jack Smethurst) have organised a surprise celebration party for them that evening. However things start to go wrong in this big screen version of the Thames Television sitcom.
