Synopsis:
John J. Anderson (Robert Duvall) has been assigned the job of assassinating a corrupt general in Buenos Aires. After a delay, due to the general changing his plans, he decides to pass his time by visiting some of the city`s tango clubs. Intoxicated by the atmosphere and in particular a dancer by the name of Manuela he finds himself drawn into a dangerous world with potentially lethal consequences.
