A good movie about the true story that shocked the USA in the late 90`s.
Hayden Christensen plays Stephen Glass, who managed to turn "The New Republic" upside down.
Both Christensen and Sarsgaard (boy, a lot of Scandinavians here...) give very convincing performances.
The video transfer is very good. The colors are nicely saturated and the picture is compression free.
The DD 5.1 soundtrack is good. There`s little usage of the surrounds, but that`s acceptable for this kind of a movie.
The menus are animated yet silent.
The extras include a commentary by the director and the actual editor of "The New Republic" and several interviews with the actual people depict in the movie.
Bottom line - a powerful drama about the brute force of the written word.
