Synopsis:
On the heels of `Lock, Stock & Two Smoking Barrels` comes a hard-boiled, high-octane British crime thriller, which in turn is both violent and humorous, featuring a cast of brutal and sometimes twistedly comic characters.

When you`re in the Syndicate you`re in it for life. This is the prospect facing Matthew Palmer, a heartless but efficient, deadly but impeccably neat assassin and confirmed Michael Caine fan. But Palmer has found love and wants out, even though he knows that wanting out can make you very quickly dead in London`s sinister underworld.

The Killing Zone is a British film made on a low budget and it`s not a bad effort. The storyline is quite good but can get a bit disjointed at times

The video and audio are both crisp and clear and give the film a distinctive feel.

As for extras all you get is the half an hour documentary which isn`t great. The cast and crew say how odd bits were done and what it was like on set blah blah...

This film is definately not in the league of Lock Stock or Snatch but to be fair it does have it`s moments and there is some good acting. I`d get this film if you see it cheap or rent it out! But don`t expect anything like your Hollywood thrillers.

Wow! That`s all I can say about this film better than Lock Stock and that Snatch. This film is well directed, well acted and well shot. A superbly assembled low budget movie that never lets up, The Killing Zone film maker deserves to make the leap from low budget to big budget mainstream. I know Ian David Diaz the writer and the director will make it big one day and don`t tell me I didn`t tell you so! Buy this film you won`t regret it.
