Synopsis:
Some things never go out of style! Calvin (Ice Cube) owns a barbershop in south side Chicago which acts as a home from home for many of the local community. Run on a heady mix of outrageously funny conversations and razor sharp cuts, Calvin and his team of barbers find themselves constantly having hilarious run ins with Gina (Queen Latifah) at the beauty parlour next door. There is trouble ahead though as a money hungry corporation moves in on the neighbourhood threatening to swallow up the local businesses. Calvin and the other local store owners must take a stand to save the neighbourhood`s identity.
