Synopsis:
In this romantic comedy, Hugh Jackman plays nineteenth century gent and inventor Leopold who is accidentally transported to present day New York by time traveller Stuart (Liev Schreiber). Stuart just happens to be the ex-boyfriend of Kate (Meg Ryan) who also lives downstairs in their apartment complex, and initially Kate views Leopold as a weirdo in period costume. She`s much more interested in clinching a promotion in the advertising firm she works for, but gradually she finds herself warming to the old world gentlemanliness of Leopold and falling in love. Eventually, Kate faces a choice between her high-powered career aspirations and life in another era with Leopold. This DVD release features both the theatrical version and the director`s cut of Kate And Leopold.
