Another Futurama DVD, and this one is the best so far. This dvd has 22 episodes from the third production season. It has some of the best and some of the weakest episodes so far.
Picture and Sound is of good quality for a tv show.
The extras of this set are very good. The commentries are again the best extras. Commentry highligts are episode `The luck of the fryrish` and `Future Stock`. The Deleted Scenes are good. Overall a good dvd package for Futurama.

Yep, there back again, it`s time for the planet express crews 3rd DVD outing, and once again it`s all so good. The episodes are just as funny as the the older ones, although the stories are not as interesting or on your edge seat this time around, but do not let this put you off, because it has to be said this is the best boxset so far with 22 episodes, it`s jam packed of extra features and some real masterpiece episodes, some which have won awards, like the fabulous roswell that ends well. Once again the characters make the show just so perfect, with the funniest characters as usual being Fry, Bender and Dr Zoidberg. If you are a fan and already have either of the first 2 boxsets then get this now, or if you want to start exploring the futurama world then do so now with this DVD qaulity boxset, picture is great(superb 3D) ,it has great sound and voice overs and is just so so funny! it`s ace!!!

Futurama has had a very short life that came to an end last week with the final 2 episodes shown on sky one but this set proves that futurama was worthy of at least another season. the third series was probably the best and contained all the classic episodes, amazon women in the mood is probably the funniest programme ever on tv.
Not only are the episodes good but the video and sound quality are good as well although only in full frame format.
the extras also give you a good laugh but not enough of them to keep you entertained for long, that is until you listen to the audio commentaries, the highlight of this set. they are funny, full and informative. An excellant set worthy of your money.

Season 3 of Futurama is even better than the first and second seasons. Yup, you guessed it - Fry is still stuck in the 31st century, with all the usual jokes.
The video transfer is good. There are no compression signs and picture is pretty clear of defects.
The DD 2.0 soundtrack is ok. The surrounds are used occasionally and provide a decent sound envelope.
The menus are animated with sound.
The extras include a commentary for each episode, several deleted scenes, animatics, a picture gallery, a drawing lesson and a multilingual clip.
Bottom line - another totally enjoyable season of Futurama is headed your way. Have fun!
