Synopsis:
Inspired by a true story during WWII, All The Queen`s Men is a comedic drama that illustrates just how far some soldiers are willing to go for their country. Eddie Izzard and Matt LeBlanc head a motley crew of cross-dressing soldiers that make All The Queen`s Men a truly rollicking comedy or, as Izzard has described it, "Some Like It Hot meets The Guns of Navarone."
The time is 1944 and an Allied Special Forces mission, headed by the American O`Rourke (LeBlanc), is sent to infiltrate a German factory where the Enigma encoding device used in German communications is made. Covertly entering the area is no easy task, especially since all the workers are women. So with the assistance of ex-soldier Tony Parker (Izzard) - thrown out of the military for his bisexuality and transvestism but brought back into service - these rough and tumble boys really learn how to bring out their feminine side! With the help of bumbling major Archie (James Cosmo), and rookie soldier/code expert (David Birkin), the foursome set out on their mission...
