Synopsis:

Akira Kurosawa is one of my favourite director`s he`s just phenomenal, he was directing action films before the phrase was coined. `Red Beard` here, released by Crierion is one of his lesser known films, but it`s still superb. A film about the sacrifice of those working in the profession of Medicine pre-20th century. Few Director draw you into action than Kurosawa. Keep up the good work Criterion...
