This was more of a sequel to the original NIGHTMARE more than the second part was. Again Wes Craven came back to do the business in this script and it turned out to be the most successful out of all the NIGHTMARE films. Freddy this time comes to haunt a girl called Kristin(Patricia Arquette). As Kristin goes into a mental institute we also find out Freddy has been haunting kids in there too. This film gives a lot of talented artists a start in their career, Laurence Fishburne and Patricia Arquette and also the girl from the original NIGHTMARE Heather Langenkamp. ONE again for the horror fans.
