Synopsis:
After six months of confinement, tempers are running short among the 11 strong crew of Deepstar Six, a secret undersea research laboratory whose mission is to reconstruct an underwater nuclear missile launch platform. After the base commander, Dr. John Van Gelder, orders the excavation crew to explode a cavern, the command centre is attacked and communication with the crew is broken. With structural damage increasing and oxygen supplies decreasing, the remaining crew members make a startling discovery... not all aliens come from space! Inspired by classic 1950`s B- movies and directed by Sean S. Cunningham (director of the original `Friday the 13th`), `Deepstar Six` is a hugely entertaining example of the man versus monster genre.
