Synopsis:
Two families that live next door to each other have been the thickest of friends over three generations. The two families decide to arrange the marriage of their youngest offspring’s Chinna (Ajith Kumar) and Chella (Jyothika) after both falls in love with each other. But Chinna’s best friend Karna (Yugendran), who has a crush over Chella, decides to tell Chinna a lie that Chella is in fact in love with him.

For the sake of his friendship he breaks off the marriage with Chella, and this creates turmoil and new hatred between the two families. By the time Chinna realises Karna’s true face it is too late to save the families friendship and his marriage to Chella. Will this confusion ever be solved?
