Synopsis:
Ravi (Rishi Kapoor) a professional singer falls in love with his biggest fan Kajol (Divya Barathi), and marries her. However Ravi’s evil uncle (Amrish Puri), who wants Ravi’s wealth, decides to murder him before the will is changed. His plan works and Ravi is pushed into a violent waterfall. The uncle, with the help of his henchmen, imprisons Ravi’s mother and Kajol in their own home. But the two escapes to the nearest city to start afresh.

Still grieving over the lost of her husband, Divya encounters a ‘deewana’ (Shah Rukh Khan) who begins to follow her around and declares his love to her. Divya, an Indian widow, worries about what both society and how Ravi’s mother would feel about this. But on the insistence of Ravi’s mother she re-marries.

In light of this they decide to celebrate but her first husband shows up unexpected and...well watch the film to find out the outcome...
