Synopsis:
Ed Gein is a simple man trying to lead a simple life on the family farm. But the farm is remote, all his family have gone, and the crops perished long ago. The ghosts of Ed`s past are returning to haunt him.
Ed`s only support and sole influence in life was his domineering mother Augusta, and she loved Ed to a fault. Raising him with a mix of strict discipline and daily bible readings, Ed is no stranger to the concept of sin and the terrible repercussions for those who indulged in the weakness of the flesh.
But since his mother died a few years ago things have never been the same and Ed now has the time and space to indulge his peculiar interests. Reincarnation. Head-shrinking. Cannibalism. And the endless delights of female anatomy...
Spending evenings in the local cemetery, he returns to burn the midnight oil back at the farm. With the guidence of Gray`s Anatomy and human remnants, Ed creates his own interior decor, a lampshade, a soup bowl and boxes of trinkets. His finest work is the human-skin suit he wears on special occasions.
Trying to block out the voices he hears in his head, Ed just cannot ignore the pleas of his mother, which are becoming louder and more insistent. Augusta doesnt like the look of the promiscuous barmaid Mary Hogan, Or the owner of the local hardware store and her directives must be followed to the gruesome end...
