Synopsis:
A new-born baby, doomed to die from a grave heart defect, is given a miraculous second chance for life in this poignant, compelling drama, based on a true story. When Karen and Fred Schouten finally conceive a child, they feel that it is the most important achievement of their lives. But their unborn baby develops a brain defect which means that it will only survive for barely a few hours after birth.
