Your Opinions and Comments
This is not your ordinary cartoon. Far from it. This is an animated soft-core porno, with lots of gore and a weak plot.
The video transfer is ok. While there aren`t any compression signs, the transfer reveals several scratches and dust particles. As for the visuals, well, they are a mixed bag. The CG graphics is superb. The 2D traditional graphics is ok, too. But, the combination of these methods creates a flat looking environment. Mind you, the gore level is pretty much maximal.
The DD 5.1 soundtrack is great. The surrounds are constantly (and violently) used for special effects, thus creating a great sound envelope. The musical soundtrack is rather bad, but then again, I never liked heavy metal.
The menus are animated with sound.
The extras include a behind the scenes look, several storyboards, an extensive photo gallery and an isolated soundtrack.
Bottom line - a weak movie with an excellent soundtrack and plenty of gore. Definitely not for kids.
