Synopsis:
The prequel to `Twin Peaks` showing the events leading up to Laura Palmer`s death, including her nightmare visions, cocaine abuse and doomed relationships. Agent Cooper, the central figure of the TV series, makes only a cameo performance in the film, which offers a somewhat darker interrogation of the dark underbelly lurking beneath the surface calm of smalltown America. Also featuring cameos of sorts by David Bowie, David Lynch, Harry Dean Stanton, Kiefer Sutherland, Chris Isaak and Miguel Ferrer.
