Not one of Jackie Chan`s best films by far, but it is still entertaining stuff.

There is a class fight between Jackie and Richard Norton (Giancarlo in Mr Nice Guy), and a hilarious tribute to Street Fighter II in which Jackie first fights as E. Honda, then as Chun Li!

As usual, this HKL disc has a whole load of extras, including another good audio commentary by Bey Logan, an outtakes montage, and 50 minutes of interviews with Jackie Chan, Richard Norton and Gary Daniels.

Well worth buying.

I have to say, I didn`t really like this film but it is not Jackie Chan`s weakest (see Mr. Nice Guy or Who Am I? for proof). I personally couldn`t get into the out and out comedy aspect of the film. Whilst Jackie`s films do have a lot of comedy in them, it is not all out played for laughs like this one.

The film has a very vibrant look in order to make the film look more of cartoon (in keeping with the City Hunter manga). The pictures shows the vibrant colours well and the overall the picture quality is very good. The sound is okay and there are some interesting special features with interviews with Chan and the two main Western actors and the Bey Logan commentary being the pick.

Overall, a mediocre film and definately not Jackie Chan`s best.
