Synopsis:
Ganga (Govinda), a simpleton who has lived in a rural village all of his life with his mother (Reema Lagoo) and father (Shivaji Satam) and his girlfriend (Sonali Bendre), learns that his real mother (Himani Shivpuri) and father (Shakti Kapoor) lives in the city and are extremely wealthy. They had left him in the village for twenty years so that he doesn`t die from a incurable disease. The only way to avoid it was to live in a rural area, which was written in his astrology. Now his real parents wants him to live with them as the period of twenty years is over.

But can a rural person understand the ways of life in a modern, fast, moral questioning lifestyle which is so different in the eyes of Ganga...?
