Synopsis:
Siva, aka Tiger (Rajnikant), is a person who helps those in need whether its from gangsters or swindlers. One day by accident Siva ends up destroying a farm while beating up some villains. The owner of the farm, Thangam, becomes upset by this but her husband Veerasami tries to tell his wife that Siva is a good man. However she hires Jarabulingham, a goon who is Siva`s enemy. When Jarabulingham learns that Thangam is the daughter of Duripandi (Vanararaj), another big gangster, he decides to use this to his advantage. He kills Veerasami in cold blood then tells Thangam that it was Siva. Falling for this trap Thangam then goes to her father who swears vengeance upon Siva and his family members.

After saving his foster mother and wife from Duripandi goons, Siva swears never to lift his finger at anyone again and all three moved to a new town to start afresh. After searching everywhere for Siva, Duripandi and Thangam decide to hire a strongman named David John (Raghuvaran) who like Siva, fights for good causes. David John then goes on a mission to find Siva. What happens next forms the basis for the high-action climax...
