A total disgrace. One of Stephen King`s most shameful adaptations.
The story is bad, the acting - even worse, the effects - dreadful, and again - the story is SO bad.
The video transfer is average. It starts rather badly with a lot of scratches and dust particles (yet no compression signs), but gets a bit better during the movie. The special effects are ludicrous.
The DD 2.0 (yes, only 2.0 Dolby surround) is surprisingly effective. While it is not a full blown DD 5.1, it`s ok. Sometimes a bit flat, but ok.
The menus are all still and silent.
There are no extras at all.
Bottom line - one of the worst movie I`ve seen lately and by far the worst horror movie I`ve seen in years. A total bomb.
