Synopsis:
Shy and mute, Karma Balint (Shera Bechard) is a young, attractive Russian woman who is left alone when her sister Anna (Patricia Stasiak) signs up to become a housemaid in Canada with hopes of living a better life abroad and earning some money for them both. But after seeing her sister off to the airport, Karma never hears from her sister again until she later learns that Anna's body has been found dumped in woods in Southern Ontario, the apparent victim of a Russian mob execution. Determined to discover the truth behind her sister's murder and to exact bloody revenge on those responsible, Karma follows Anna's trail to the sleazy strip joints, lap dancing clubs and call girl parlours of Toronto where she comes face to face with some of the most vicious and deadly elements of the city's criminal underground.
