Synopsis:
The 42nd in the series of EMI Classics on DVD features the music of the great French composer Francis Poulenc, who accompanies, and is accompanied by many of the greatest musicians around in the final years of his life.

Including a performance of the Concerto for Two Pianos, in which the composer himself was a soloist just two months before his death, this DVD is a fascinating record of a musician's life, career and lasting influence on future generations.
