Synopsis:
A young woman is released from hospital after receiving treatment for a cancer that she is unlikely to recover from. With the treatment having caused her hair to fall out her sister, Ji-hyeon buys her a wig in attempt to give her more confidence. It appears that the wig is having the right effect when Su-hyeon embraces a new lease of life.

Soon the changes in her sister's behavior and appearance begin to cause concern and Ji-hyeon soon comes to the conclusion that the wig is in fact cursed and is manipulating its new owner in order to fulfill its own terrifying purpose. Reminiscent of A Tale of Two Sisters in its visual style, The Wig is another quality fright fest from the best in the business.
