Synopsis:
During the Second World War, the Navy wanted to make one of its ships with huge magnetic fields invisible to enemy radar. But the secret experiment failed and the two soldiers David Herdeg and Jim Parker were catapulted into 1984 in a whirlpool. Once there, the two not only have to cope with the culture shock, but also have the Secret Service on their heels ...

Horror specialist John Carpenter (HALLOWEEN, THE FOG - NEBEL DES GRAUENS) produced the exciting story of what is probably the most enigmatic experiment by the US military. The unforgettable cult film with Michael Paré (STRASSEN IN FLAMMEN) is rightly one of the great classics of the science fiction genre.
