Synopsis:
He's been chased, thrown through a window, and arrested. Eddie Murphy (The Nutty Professor, Shrek) is a Detroit cop on vacation in Beverly Hills, and the heat is on! Murphy plays Axel Foley, a clever cop intent on finding the murderer of his best friend in Beverly Hills. However, it soon becomes apparent that his bravura style isn't exactly a match with the local Police Department, and has two detectives assigned to him in order to ensure things don't go awry. With these two stuffy officers in tow, Axel has to overcome a major culture clash in this gut-bustingly funny, high octane movie.
