Comedy drama Your Sister's Sister arrives on DVD and Blu-ray in October

A quick break from the horror, today we look at an announcement from Studio Canal for an emotional comedy drama, out on 29th October. Written and directed by Lynn Shelton, Your Sister's Sister stars Emily Blunt, Rosemarie Dewitt and Mark Duplass.

Both formats will include a commentary track with cast and crew, plus a trailer, whilst the DVD will retail for £17.99 and the Blu-ray carries a recommended retail price of £24.99. The former comes with 5.1 Dolby Digital and Stereo soundtracks, whilst the latter features 5.1 DTS HD, very important for this kind of film! The running time is around 90 minutes.

Lost in an emotional slump one year after his brother’s death, Jack takes his best friend Iris up on her offer for a reflective week of solitude at her family’s remote island retreat.

Upon arriving at the house, Jack discovers that Iris’ sister Hannah had the same idea, and the two spend an awkward evening together. Iris shows up the next morning unannounced, setting in motion boundless revelations, complicated secrets and an emotionally twisted tale of siblings and best friends and loyalty and love.
