De Niro and 50 Cent in action thriller Crossfire on DVD this September

Entertainment One have another action thriller out, this time arriving on DVD this coming 17th September. Crossfire stars Robert De Niro, Forest Whitaker and Curtis Jackson, probably better known as 50 Cent.

Directed by Jessy Terrero, this carries an 18 certificate, runs for about 93 minutes, and will carry a recommended retail price of £12.99. Alas no news about features to bring you, so expect none or perhaps a trailer at best.

Synopsis is as follows...

This is an explosive thriller starring 50 Cent as Jonas “Malo” Moldanado a rookie cop who is taken in under the wing of a veteran vice officer, Sarcone, played by De Niro.

But while Malo is tasked with cleaning up both the force and the streets, corrupt Sarcone and his crew have a very different way of tackling vice. The young rookie soon gets an education in the reality on the street as it becomes apparent that cops are the biggest hustlers out there.
