SYNOPSIS
When Neil Walsh (Paul Nicholas star of 'Just Good Friends') likeable young wheel-dealer and reckless charmer, is declared bankrupt he determines to bounce straight back. But, banned from running a company and barred from having a bank account, making a living let alone a killing-is not going to be easy.
